My name is Dein Rice. After a decade as a Product Manager at J.P. Morgan Chase, I chose to channel my passion for building and craftsmanship into creating my own path as a self-made contractor. I bring that same relentless focus on quality, precision, and creativity to every home I touch. My dream is to bring your vision to life and make your house truly feel like home.

How We Work
Most projects start with a free estimate visit. We walk through the space, ask questions about how you live in it, and write up a clear scope with a real number behind it. We pull permits where required, coordinate with inspectors, and protect your home while we work: floor coverings, dust containment, daily cleanup, the whole routine.
Communication is one of the things we get the most positive feedback on. Whether it's a one-day handyman visit or a six-week kitchen remodel, you'll always know what's happening, what's next, and what we need from you. No mystery weeks where nothing seems to happen.
